Part 1: Account & Rules of Use

1. Registration & Account Security

  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activities.
  • Posting pornographic, hateful, violent, or harassing content in live streams or interactions.
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or conducting any activity that disrupts service stability.

Part 2: Transactions, Payments & Fees

1. Nature of C2C Transactions

  • Sellers are solely responsible for the description, quality, legality, and delivery of the goods/services they list.
  • Buyers are obliged to verify product details and communicate fully with sellers before purchasing.

2. Payment & Settlement

  • We process transactions through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Verifone, Stripe). Your payment information is processed directly by the payment processor; we do not store​ complete credit card information.
  • The platform may support cryptocurrency payments. Such transactions are executed by third-party processors like BitPay, and their irreversible nature is your responsibility to understand and accept.
  • The platform provides escrow payment​ services. Funds may be temporarily held in escrow until you confirm receipt of the digital goods or service completion to protect both parties.

3. Service Fees

  • The platform charges a service fee for successful transactions. The specific rate will be clearly displayed on the transaction confirmation page. Fees may vary by product category (e.g., digital goods, custom services, live-streaming gifts).

3. Gifts & Virtual Items

  • Virtual gifts purchased and sent by viewers are consumable digital products and are generally non-refundable. Revenue settlement will be conducted according to the agreement between the platform and the streamer.

  • The platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or absolutely secure service.
